Bug reports, questions, a route that is wrong, or anything about your data.
Something on a route is wrong
Please say which route, which day, and what you found. Route data is researched by hand from published sources, and corrections from people who have actually walked it are the most useful mail we get.
Deleting your account
In the app: You → Settings → Account → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent, and removes your profile, posts, photos, comments and hazard reports. Your recorded hikes and plans are on your phone and are not part of the account — deleting the app removes those.
Getting a copy of your data
In the app: Account → Export everything. If you would rather have it by mail, write to the address above.
Reporting a post, a comment or a user
Every post and comment has a Report action, and you can block any user from their profile, which hides their content from you and yours from them. Reports are reviewed and acted on within a day. If something is urgent or seriously harmful, mail the address above as well so it is not sitting in a queue.
The app cannot navigate offline yet
This is a known limitation rather than a bug. There are no offline map tiles and recording stops when the screen locks, because both need a development build. Until then: export the GPX to a watch or a handheld GPS, and carry a separate offline map. The app says this on the route screen too.

Treksup is currently free and sells nothing. There is no company behind it yet; if that changes, this page will carry the enterprise number before anything is charged.
